We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Moving beyond standard campaign management, this high-ownership role requires a performance expert with strong creative instincts to drive growth through media strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional leadership.

Partnering closely with Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Web teams, you will bridge the gap between data and creative, translating funnel metrics into winning concepts, testing priorities, and optimized customer experiences. If you obsess over campaign performance, connect data to customer behavior, and love uncovering insights that spark stronger creative and new growth opportunities, this role was built for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Own paid social performance and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets. Develop channel strategies that drive premium growth within efficiency targets.
  • Drive growth beyond media buying by improving targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, audience strategy, and customer experience.
  • Analyze the full funnel to deliver insights, recommendations, and next steps. Partner with Analytics teams to ensure measurement accuracy and experimental rigor.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, attribution, incrementality, and acquisition economics. Balance platform data with broader business outcomes.
  • Partner with Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Web teams. Present clear, data-driven recommendations and priorities to leadership.
  • Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve workflows and accelerate learning. Build a culture of curiosity, challenge existing assumptions, and drive continuous experimentation.

What we need:

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid social acquisition at scale. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads. (Fintech, insurtech, or SMB experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record in structured experimentation, landing page optimization, creative strategy, and performance-driven growth.
  • Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience working closely with analytics, creative, and web teams to align and execute strategies.
  • A proactive, outcome-oriented professional who is curious about customer behavior, eager to adopt AI, and comfortable challenging conventional thinking with data.
