What You’ll Be Doing
As a Contract Manager you will be supporting both the Engineering and Commercial businesses by managing a portfolio of Engineering key contracts, developing strategic internal and external relationships to deliver outstanding customer service, profitable retention and growth. You will develop, agree and manage account plans for each customer, working closely with Commercial, Engineering and Operations colleagues at all levels to ensure successful delivery. You will also be involved in the management of tenders and new business opportunities as required.

- Strong communication skills and a genuine drive to deliver outstanding service to our customers
- A proactive, professional approach with high attention to detail and the ability to bring data to life
- Demonstrable ability to initiate, build and grow strong internal and external relationships
What You’ll Need
- Thorough understanding of UK engineering inspection services
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills allied to commercial awareness
- Flexibility and self-motivation
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Understanding of Engineering business pricing governance and controls
